Garden

After a month of tending to vegetables in our garage, Brandon was finally able to plant our garden Saturday! We have tomatoes, zucchini, corn, peas, potatoes, cucumbers, and variety of peppers. Brandon loves working in the garden and come fall I am sure grateful! He did 3 different kinds of tomatoes I am hoping to can and he doesn't even like them.

Dream

A few days before Tabitha's birthday we were talking about a dream she had the night before. She said she got a fish book for her birthday, which I did not have for her, and a nightgown, which she was getting. Brandon's Mom and sister found this really cute book at the airport on the way down for Tabitha's birthday and she was so excited when she opened it and loves reading it.

Pre-school gradution

My friend Kristi organized a fun gradution for Gabrielle and her friends from pre-school. They play two games that Kristi has done with them this past year, Statue parade and the Spagetti monster and then we read a book and did a little gradution ceremony and then snacks and play. It sure has been a fun year, the kids will be at 3 different schools, so we won't see them as much.

Bandaids

We went down to Orem wed. to run some errands and made sure we stocked up on bandaids. The girls seem to always have "owies" and we are always running out. I bought some normal ones for Brandon and I that they are not allowed to use, Brandon doesn't really like wearing a tinkerbell bandaid!

Zoo

Our last field trip with Gabrielle's pre-school class was to the Hogle Zoo. We sure had fun and the weather was perfect! They have a new dinosaur exhibit going on so there were randon dinosaurs throughout the zoo that the kids lovea watching. One even sprayed water out of its mouth.

Wrong feet

Tabitha loves to do everything by herself. It is so cute when she puts her shoes on the wrong feet and then goes running off!

Zion National Park

We drove out to Zion's on Sunday to do some hiking. The sun was out but it was still pretty windy. My Mom, Kathryn, Kristen and Scott hiked Angel's Landing and we did Emerald Pools. Gabrielle wanted to stop at every rock and pose for a picture, which is very unlike her. Tabitha did very good and only had to be carried a little bit. They loved looking at the red rocks, chipmunks, flowers and at the end of the hike the pools and waterfall. It was a very nice day and not to windy on the hike. Kristen gave Gabrielle her birthday present early, a camelback, which she loved and they both looked so cute hiking with them and perfect that they could get a drink whenever they needed one.
