I straightened Gabrielle's hair yesterday for church, she looked so grown up, what a cutie!

Swinging Fun

After the museum we headed over to the park for lunch. The sun came out and warmed right up and so we headed to the playground where the 'big' kids had fun playing on the swings!

We had to take this picture while Brandon was not around. Even though we aren't fans I do love those mountains and wouldn't mind hiking up there!

Life Science Museum

We had been planning to spend yesterday at Mirror Lake but the weather turned bad so we went down to the Life Science Museum at BYU. We had a lot of fun looking at so many different kinds of animals and the cost was even better, free!

Uncle Jeff

My brother came and stayed with us for a few days. The girls had so much fun with him and we loved having him around. Gabrielle was sad that he went back to stay with Grandma, but I think we will be able to have him up again before he heads back to Australia.

OKC Zoo

We had fun seeing animals that we don't get to see at our zoo. We saw sea lions, flamingos, very large turtles, walked through a butterfly garden, pigmy hippos, lions and there might have been a few others.

Oklahoma

We got back this afternoon from spending a few days in Oklahoma for Brandon's brother Justin's wedding. We had a fun time and did our best to try not to melt away, it sure is hot and humid there. They got married in the OKC temple and we enjoyed a nice day Friday with the sealing and reception.

What's growing in our garden...

...Tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, beans, peas, broccoli and that is just what we have been eating so far. I have a great zucchini bread recipe that we love and have grilled up zucchini and squash for dinner and steamed the broccoli and beans. It sure is fun eating what you have grown and having it so fresh.

Happy Birthday Mom!

We ended the night roasting hotdogs and marshmellows over the fire, we were all pretty tired from the fun day at the lake.

Willard Bay

We enjoyed a fun day at the lake boating, tubing, swimming and just enjoying the water.
