Happy Birthday Mom

My Mom's birthday is Wednesday. We celebrated with our family yesturday and had a great day eating, playing and swimming at Deer Creek. We hope you have a great day!!

Few Steps

Gabrielle took her first unassisted steps yesturday. She likes to walk around with us holding her hands, but she was pretty funny doing it back and forth from Brandon to my sister. We of course got so excited and were clapping and laughing, which she loved!

Pioneer Day

Gabrielle and I spent the day at my Mom's since Brandon had to work. We had a fun time playing around. The weather has been so hot all summer and the past few days we have had rain, which is needed, but not liked when you are trying to swim!

Flaming Gorge

Brandon and his friend Darin spent the weekend fishing at Flaming Gorge. They had a great time and came home with quite a few fish, Kokanee, which is a freshwater Salmon.

Dinosaur Museum

Gabrielle and I met my friends Brooke and Paige and their kids at the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point a few weeks ago. We had a great time looking at the fossils and playing with the exhibits and spending time with our friends. I forgot my camera so these pictures are courtesy of Brooke, thanks!

Duck Duck Duck

We drove up to Wasatch Mountain State Park this evening to feed the ducks. They weren't too interested in our bread, but we had fun watching them. Gabrielle has been saying a few animal sounds and says "duck duck duck" instead of "quack quack quack" which is really cute.

Boating

We took the boat out to DeerCreek tonight after Brandon got home from work. Brandon and Gabrielle went swimming, Gabrielle wasn't so sure about it at first, but had a great time. We then cruised around and found a good spot to fish. It was great night.
