Happy Birthday Everest

 

 

 

 

We had so much fun celebrating Everest today!!  We loves all things cars, trucks, planes and trains.  Kristen did such a great job decorating and made an adorable yummy cake.  We love Everest and can't believe he is 2!

Grizzlies

 

We went to the Utah Grizzlies Hockey game tonight.  They are always a lot of fun with not that many people.  Tabitha made it up on the jumbo tron several times dancing her little heart out!

Deer Creek trail run

 

 I am training for a ragnar trail next month down near Zion National Park.  I have been running Memorial Hill but heard this Deer Creek trail was a good one.  I ran 4 miles along this gorgeous trail.  My pace was a little slow because I kept stopping to take photos.  I made it out just in time before it started to rain.

Space needle

Tabitha came home from school all excited about building the space needle.  Her teacher Mr. Jo wanted them to learn something new this month and present it at school.  She said she had never built on of these before so she got to work.  Brandon helped her with the finishing touches tonight but the design and idea were all hers.  She has a very creative mind!

Easter

 

 We had a great Easter Sunday at church and then a fun get together with family.  All week we read about the last week of the Saviors life.  I felt like it was so great for our family to focus on the Savior and the real reason we celebrate Easter.

Brandon's work had an Easter breakfast and egg hunt for the kids this morning.  I ran Memorial hill this afternoon and then we went to Orem for dinner.  Brandon chose Outback steakhouse for his birthday dinner.  We love Brandon and are so lucky to have him in our lives!!

Bees

 

 

Church employees were able to get 2 free tickets this week to a Bees game.  Tabitha had a birthday party tonight so Brandon took Gabrielle.  They had a fun date night.  Camille and I ran to the Legacy bridge in Midway and back and the scenery was breathtaking, it was the perfect evening.  I sure do love where we live!!

Lucas and Kailee

 

 

 

We were so happy to be a part of Lucas and Kailee's sealing today in the bountiful temple.  I love my family,  we enjoyed visiting with everyone at the temple and a lunch afterward.

St. George Temple

This morning we visited the St. George temple and visitors center.  This has always been a favorite temple of mine.  It is so white and looks so amazing up against the red rock.  It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed walked around the grounds.  We then drove over to Brigham Young winter home which was fun to tour around.  We have enjoyed our trip with Grandma this week.
