Christmas Day

We spent most of the day in our pajamas playing with all our toys. We had a great breakfast and enjoyed watching Brandon shovel and snowblow the driveway, three times!

Christmas Morning

When Gabrielle got up and we told her Santa had been here, she said she would just wait in her room, she thought he was still downstairs! Once she realized he was gone and had eaten her cookies she left out she was excited to come downstairs and see what he left for her. She loved her stroller for her baby with some other fun accessories and Tabitha loved her blocks, they would have been happy with just those. We had fun opening the rest of presents, just taking our time and enjoying the day and the falling snow outside. It just kept coming and coming. Brandon went out three times to snowblow.

Christmas Eve

Gabrielle as the angel, then she was a Shepard and a wise men! She had fun dressing up, she even wanted to take a turn and read from the bible.

The Shepherds

The 3 or 4 Wise men and the Angel

Mary, Joseph and the Baby Jesus

Her new doggy blanket and some lip stick, her favorite!

We got together at my Mom's last night. We had a great dinner, read and acted out the nativity from the Bible and opened gifts. We have talked about the Nativity all month with Gabrielle. We have several Nativity's around the house she can play with and several books we have read. I told her we were going to dress up and she said that she would be the angel, Mom would be Mary, Daddy would be Joseph, Tabitha would be the Baby Jesus and Kristen, she would be the bunny! Was a bunny there that night?! We were able to get there and back without any snow. It waited until we got home and has been snowing ever since!

Our little elves

I am working tonight, we have been working on this. I didn't have many pictures to choose from, but don't we have some cute little elves? Merry Christmas!

Let it Snow

It seems to have snowed non-stop since yesterday afternoon. After coming inside from shoveling this morning I called Brandon and told him we should get a snow blower! Gabrielle lasted just a few minutes before she was ready to go inside, she just loves to eat the snow. It sure is pretty though!

Shoes

I bought these super cute shoes for Tabitha for Christmas. They are so soft and comfy and fit really good. It is hard to find small shoes that stay on their little feet, and they were a good price, she loved them! I hope she forgets she already tried them on and acts surprised when she opens them on Christmas morning!

Temple Square Christmas Lights

We had fun walking around temple square last night. It was very cold and started to snow as we were leaving, but the lights sure are pretty. Gabrielle had a great time and kept asking to go inside the temple. Tabitha, again, was just happy and content with whatever we were doing.

Breakfast with Santa

We went to visit with Santa today with Kristen at her work Christmas Party. Gabrielle was not interested in sitting on his lap, but did get pretty close and Tabitha was pretty happy with him.

Christmas Tree

We picked out our Christmas Tree on Tuesday. It is the smallest one we have had, but it looks good. Brandon put the lights on last night and Gabrielle and I have started to decorate it this morning. I love this time of year!

Counting Down

I saw this cute idea on studio5 and my friend Camille put one together. This is what we did during the BYU/Utah game. It is a mini muffin tin that you can put a piece of candy or for bigger kids you can put a service or something fun they can do.

Thanksgiving

We had a great day of good food, family and football. I hope everyone had a great day and weekend. My friend Laura and I made some pumpkin and cherry pie the day before, they turned out pretty good, but we could use some more practice on the crust.
